2.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter is truthful and accurate. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 300bet is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate account details provided by the player.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and responsible gaming, 300bet may at any time request that you complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") procedures. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 2.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one active account only. If we detect duplicate accounts registered to the same person — whether identified by name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Bonuses claimed via duplicate accounts will be voided, and any winnings arising from such bonuses may be forfeited.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Player-Owned Payment Methods

You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Once verification is complete and the request is approved, 300bet aims to process withdrawals promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any applicable security checks. 300bet is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

3.4 Currency

The functional currency of the 300bet platform for Bangladeshi players is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), denoted by the ৳ symbol. All displayed balances, deposit amounts, bonus values, and withdrawal amounts are in BDT unless otherwise specified.

3.5 Deposit Limits and Responsible Spending

4.1 Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence for that promotion only.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are generally subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. 300bet reserves the right to modify wagering requirements on active bonuses if evidence of bonus abuse is detected.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using automated systems to exploit promotional conditions — constitutes bonus abuse. 300bet reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals derived from abusive bonus play, and close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

4.4 Right to Withdraw Promotions

300bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotions are not transferable and have no cash value outside the specific terms under which they are offered.

All bets placed on 300bet — whether on cricket, live casino games, slots, crash games such as Pappu and Aviator, Mines, or any other product — are subject to the rules applicable to that specific game or market, as published within the platform.

5.1 Placement and Acceptance of Bets

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from the platform. In the event of a technical error, communication failure, or system fault during bet placement, 300bet reserves the right to void the affected bet. Bets placed after an event has concluded — including through latency exploitation — are void.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet and may vary by game type, market, player account status, and time period. 300bet reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake restrictions where warranted.

5.3 Obvious Errors

In the event that odds, payouts, or game outcomes are published due to an obvious error (including pricing errors, technical faults, or data feed failures), 300bet reserves the right to void affected bets and restate correct terms. This applies to all sports betting markets, live casino rounds, and crash game sessions.

5.4 Prohibited Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players or game participants to influence outcomes.
• Match-fixing or any form of sporting fraud.
• Exploitation of software bugs or vulnerabilities.
• Any activity that constitutes cheating, fraud, or a criminal offence under applicable law.

Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability, for which 300bet accepts no liability.

In any event, 300bet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Your use of the 300bet platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data, and describes your rights in relation to that data.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by 300bet
